Due to its high cineole content, this oil can support respiratory issues, as a decongestant/expectorant for coughs and colds. Use in massage for relief of tension and muscular aches and pains. As an effective household cleaner, added to the washing and to remove germs and bacteria. As a disinfectant cleaner for areas of the home, office, car etc. Used in a spray with distilled water and an emulsifier, this variety of Eucalyptus can be an effective deodoriser. Removes sticky residue. Cleans and clear the air, removes bad odours.
Eucalyptus oil is a poison so should never be ingested but used topically in creams, carrier oils, blended with other essential oils or inhaled through a diffused. Store your oil in a cool area below 30c and definitely away from the reach of children. If swallowed seek medical advice.
