Which type of Eucalyptus Oil is right for you?

Eucalyptus oil is one of the most useful and universal oils for a number of reasons but there are so many varieties out there which one would be right for you and your family?

There are in fact hundreds of species of Eucalyptus that have been identified with actions or properties that can help us with our health and well-being. The biggest difference between each Eucalyptus essential oil is the quantity of cineole (also known as Eucalyptol) that the oils contains. Cineole offers strong therapeutic properties with a mint like aroma. Like any essential oil, high doses have been shown to have a negative impact on health but the correct Eucalyptus essential oil used for the right purpose can be a wonderful asset for any household.

In this blog I will introduce you some fairly unknown Eucalyptus oils and others you may have been using all along...
